How I work
I start with field data from Search Console and PageSpeed Insights, because that's what Google uses. Then I find the LCP element on your key templates and fix whatever is delaying it.
After that I deal with scripts that block clicks, which hurt INP, and anything that moves the layout around, which hurts CLS.
